Social Anxiety Group Therapy & Workshops

We offer group therapy sessions for both social anxiety and public speaking anxieties. They are run by Catherine Madigan at the Hawthorn Community Centre. That is located at 32 Henry Street in Hawthorn.

Each course lasts for eight weeks, one session on the same day of the week for eight weeks.

The latest schedule for these popular social anxiety workshops in Melbourne in 2024 is as follows. No classes are held on public holidays.

$800 for 8 sessions. Medicare rebates apply if you do a mental health care plan AND GET A SEPARATE REFERRAL LETTER STATING 8 INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP THERAPY SESSIONS

Concession price of $500 and Medicare refunds approximately $260. So the course leaves you out of pocket only $240 if you are on a low income healthcare concession card.
