One Day Intensive Overcoming Shyness & Social Anxiety Workshop

This workshop is conducted with the aim of giving people from rural and regional Victoria, ( as well as people living in the Melbourne metropolitan area), the opportunity to learn about how to manage and overcome social anxiety.
The workshop is open to sufferers, family members, partners and health professionals. Participants will be given a reference list to take home. The fee includes morning and afternoon tea, as well as lunch. If you have any special dietary requirements in terms of : vegetarian, gluten free, kosher etc please advise us. There are no refunds for non attendance at the course.

The course will run provided there are least 5 participants registered. if there are not sufficient numbers those registered will get a full refund.

 

PRESENTER:
Catherine Madigan ( B.A. Hons., M.A. Clinical pychology) is a clinical psychologist with twenty years experience working in settings as diverse as community mental health, private and public hospitals and has been in private practice for many years. Catherine runs www.socialanxietyassist.com.au and www.anxietyaustralia.com.au and her work with anxiety suffers has been featured in publications such as The Age, The Herald Sun and she has appeared on the 7PM report, 3RRR, Channel 7’s Sunrise Program
